Delivery & Returns


For National parcels we use the Royal Mail's Special Next Day Delivery Service.  You will need to sign for your parcel. All orders can be tracked using the tracking number that is included in your despatch notifcation email.

You should receive your order within the following timescales:

  • UK - Mon-Thur Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm
    (if order confirmed by 2pm) If ordered by 2pm Friday and you require the item for Saturday you must request Saturday guaranteed.
  • UK - Sat Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm option available
    (if order confirmed by 2pm Fri)
  • Orders placed after 12pm on Saturdays, on a Sunday or bank holidays will not be processed and sent out until the next working day

Our delivery charges per order are as follows: (non refundable)

  • Mainland UK -£8.95
  • Mainland UK Saturday Guaranteed - £11.95

Sale Items
If total order purchased is over 2kg, we may contact you as additional charges may apply.



Note: When trying on items of clothing do not remove labels.  Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.  We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.  The item must be returned in its original condition.
Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition, complete with labels, within FOURTEEN DAYS (14 DAYS) of receipt quoting your order number, your name and address and the reason for return.  After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods.

Please contact us by telephone or email for a returns authorisation number prior to despatching your article. Please write on the outside of the package the authorisation number given.

Any items returned outside this period will be issued with a credit note. A credit note for sale items may be used against any purchase. A credit note for full price items cannot be used against sale goods. 

If an item is returned outside a 28 day period from purchase and the relevant item is in SALE we reserve the right to issue a credit for the SALE price. 

Exchange an item
Please follow the "Return an item" procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange.  You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction.

*We reserve the right to charge return postage for ALL items that are returned for exchange.*

Faulty item
Please follow the "Return an item" procedure.  Once done, we will contact you to see if you would like an exchange or a refund.
